To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Perishable goods such as food, plants, or organic items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Health and personal care items are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., body care products)
3. Process for Returns

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
